Stop counting by skipping time

I tried to summarize the "time skipping" that is the feature of this hit.The unique gauge and special arts explanations are ridiculously long.When the unique gauge reaches 100%, the special arts will change to skip time.During the time skip, the count stops and you can attack unilaterally.What is this... strong.

It takes a little longer to reach 100%, but being able to attack at any time is a big advantage.There is also an effect that activates with a unique ability.

Increase unique gauge Gradually increases own Unique Gauge when you are in play or in reserve, except during the Time Skip state.
When the unique gauge reaches the maximum value, the next special arts to be activated will change to "time skip".
When using special arts when the unique gauge is maxed Activates a time-skip attack for all ranges
*This attack cannot be evaded with the burnishing step.
*This attack cannot change cover.
* If the time-skipping attack does not hit, all of your unique gauge will be consumed.
On hit, time skip state Stops actions other than yourself for a certain amount of time
Gradually decreases own Unique Gauge during Time Skip state.
