    1. For now, I recommend progressing through the story and increasing your soul boost. Since soul boost costs less for lower rarity items, I think you should start from there.

    1. I haven't tried it with Cooler so I don't know, but with Ultra Frieza at 5 red and 4 on it last time, it's about whether it can withstand a fully-maxed Ultra Instinct Shooting Ultimate in its current state before recovery.
      It depends on the opponent's flags and ability slots, so sometimes you'll be killed instantly, and sometimes you'll only lose 7% of your HP.

    1. It's safe to switch after evading. It might be a good idea to remember that the only time you can use arts immediately is when you can avoid it the fastest.

    1. Gasha's Sujitoun only makes it easier for notable characters to appear, but it is not guaranteed to be a UL hit. If you want UL to come, you should expect Broly's Gasha performance.
