List of error codes and countermeasures

We updated the list of error codes displayed due to things such as being unable to log in, performing maintenance, and updating the application, as well as the remedy summary.

Error code list

The error code is often displayed as a 8-digit alphanumeric character after entering-after the combination of 4-digit alphanumeric characters. The lower 4 digits are different each time, but the upper 8 digits are often caused by the following errors, so first check what kind of error is occurring in the upper 8 digits.

CR901006

It seems to be a transfer related error.If you have set transfer settings, it is highly likely that you will be able to play by uninstalling the app, reinstalling it, and restoring the data using transfer settings when you start the game.If you have not set up data transfer, please be careful as once you uninstall it, you will not be able to restore it.

Update app in store

CR900501 When updating the application

If the error code "CR900501" occurs, update the DB Legends in the store to resolve the error code. Unlike normal times, you need to update the app when updating large-scale.

Restart the game

If the error is related to communication, you can often solve it by restarting Legends, and you can restart the battle in the middle of play, so restart if you get an error code.

Turn off Wifi and reconnect

An error may occur even if the Wifi signal condition is not good. Since it may be automatically connected to FreeWifi, try disconnecting Wifi and connecting again.
