You can go to PvP for a rare medal exchange where you can exchange SP Genki Goku Son Goku etc.

You can go to the exchange place where you can exchange rare medals and items from the PvP screen. You can get to the PvP screen from the PvP icon (left image) at the bottom center of the home screen and from “MENU” → “PvP”.

The rare medal exchange, Z medal exchange, and event limited exchange can be accessed from the "Exchange" icon at the bottom left of this PvP screen.
