Samsung Dragon Sanshinron 3rd Anniversary GT

A tricky character that can use special arts to discard the opponent's deadly, awakening, and ultimate arts cards and use the counter against the striking system.It has a strong feature against girls, such as applying a cost-up debuff to girls when it comes into play, and when confronting all characters, it gives debuffs such as damage increase and count extension. It's not as attractive as you would aim for with reroll, but it would be nice to combine it with Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta at a GT party.
